Apple and Sour Apple Preserve Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. 1 serving is of 100 to 150 grams in total approximately.
Ingredients 1 apple ½ sour apple ½ vanilla stick Lemon (a few drops)
Preparation
- Wash the apples, peel them, remove the seeds and chop them into very small pieces.
- Place the apples in a pot with the rest of the ingredients and the drops of lemon so that they do not darken.
- Cook covered over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, according to how ripe they were to begin with.
- This recipe can be included in an astringent diet.
