Asian Prawns Recipe
Ingredients 16 to 20 peeled prawns Juice of a lemon 1 cup of white wine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of honey 1 tablespoon of lemon peel gratings Salt Pepper ½ cup of sesame seed oil 1 garlic tooth, chopped 5 small onions cut in slices 2 carrots sliced 1 pepper sliced 1 cc of cornstarch
Preparation Mix the prawns with the lemon juice, the white wine, the soy sauce, the honey and the lemon grating. Add in the salt and pepper and allow it to macerate for 1 hour.
Heat up the oil in a wok and cook the garlic tooth. Add in the prawns and allow them to cook until they are golden over high heat. Add in the spices and the cornstarch in the marinade and then place it in the wok. Allow it to boil.
Serve with white rice or Chinese noodles.
