Baked Salmon Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 75 grams of salmon or swordfish A few lemon drops Finely chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of olive oil Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Place the salmon or swordfish in a small tray or plate that can be placed in the oven with a few drops of lemon, the parsley and the olive oil.
- Bake the salmon in the oven; making sure it is separate so that the cooking is done evenly and correctly.
- Allow it to cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Sardines can also be cooked in this way and will turn out to be very delicious.
