Boiled Apple and Pear Puree Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. 1 serving is of 175 to 200 grams in total.
Ingredients ½ apple ½ pear Lemon (a few drops so that the fruit does not darken)
Preparation
- Wash the fruit, remove the heart and chop them separately.
- Put the apple to boil with 150 cc’s of cold water approximately and the lemon drops.
- Allow it to cook for around 10 minutes.
- Once the apple is soft, mash it along with the pear (raw) and add in a little bit of the milk the baby normally drinks.
