Boiled Hake with Potatoes Recipe

 

Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
75 grams of hake
80 grams of potatoes
1 small onion
1 teaspoon of olive oil
A few parsley leaves

Preparation

  1. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
  2. Place the potatoes in a pot to cook along with the onion and the parsley.
  3. After it has boiled for 10 minutes, add in the hake and allow it all to cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Strain the potato and the hake, mash well with a fork and add in the oil.
  5. If it is too thick in the end, you can add in some of the broth left over from the cooking.

This recipe can be done with any other type of fish.
