Boiled Hake with Potatoes Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 75 grams of hake 80 grams of potatoes 1 small onion 1 teaspoon of olive oil A few parsley leaves
Preparation
- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- Place the potatoes in a pot to cook along with the onion and the parsley.
- After it has boiled for 10 minutes, add in the hake and allow it all to cook for another 5 minutes.
- Strain the potato and the hake, mash well with a fork and add in the oil.
- If it is too thick in the end, you can add in some of the broth left over from the cooking.
This recipe can be done with any other type of fish.
