Boiled Potatoes with Vegetables Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 80 grams of potatoes 75 grams of vegetables: cabbage, cauliflower, pumpkin etc. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, wash them and chop them into small pieces.
- Put them to cook in cold water. Once they have cooked, strain them.
- On the side, cook the vegetables whole, with a little bit of water in a covered pot. Once they have cooked, strain them.
- Mash or finely chop the vegetables, then mix it in with the potatoes and oil.
- When a baby is still very small you should mash the potatoes down to a puree, once the baby is nine months and over he or she can eat it chopped in small pieces.
