Boiled Potatoes with Vegetables Recipe

 

Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
80 grams of potatoes
75 grams of vegetables: cabbage, cauliflower, pumpkin etc.
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes, wash them and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Put them to cook in cold water. Once they have cooked, strain them.
  3. On the side, cook the vegetables whole, with a little bit of water in a covered pot. Once they have cooked, strain them.
  4. Mash or finely chop the vegetables, then mix it in with the potatoes and oil.
  5. When a baby is still very small you should mash the potatoes down to a puree, once the baby is nine months and over he or she can eat it chopped in small pieces.
