Carrot and Onion Soup Recipe
Adequate for babies four months of age on up. Serves around four portions.
Ingredients Small sized 2 carrots 1 small onion 3 parsley sprouts 1 liter of cold water
Preparation
- Boil all the ingredients after they have been washed and chopped, for 45 minutes.
- Once cooking time is over, strain the soup and if you like you can add in rice flour or cereal.
- Divide the servings and separate what the child is going to eat. The rest of the food should be kept by following storing instructions.
- You can also make puree out of this soup.
