Cauliflower and Cheese Puree Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Serves around 4 portions.
Ingredients 300 grams of cauliflower 250 grams of potatoes 1 garlic tooth 100 grams of soft cheese 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1,250 cc’s of water or vegetable stock A pinch of salt if you want
Preparation
- Wash and dice the cauliflower and the potatoes.
- Stir-fry them slightly with the olive oil and the garlic tooth (whole) for around 5 minutes.
- Place this to boil for 45 minutes.
- Once the cooking time has finished, blend or mash it.
- Divide the portions and set aside what is going to be used for the baby at that moment, the rest of the puree should be kept by following the storing indications.
- You can also prepare this type of meal by substituting the cauliflower for pumpkin, carrots or mushrooms.
