Cauliflower Puree Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Serves around 4 portions.
Ingredients 250 grams of cauliflower 200 grams of potatoes 1 onion 1,200 cc’s of water or vegetable stock
Preparation
- Wash and peel the potatoes and place them along with the cauliflower in the water to boil for 45 minutes.
- Once the cooking time has finished, blend it.
- Divide the portions and set aside what is going to be used for the baby at that moment, the rest of the puree should be kept by following the storing indications.
