Chicken and Vegetable Soup Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Serves around 4 portions.
Ingredients 2 carrots 1 potato 200 grams 4 spinach leaves 1 medium sized onion 160 grams of chicken breast (skinless) 1 liter of cold water
Preparation
- Wash all the ingredients, chop them and then cook them for around 60 minutes after the water begins to boil.
- The soup should cook slowly for one hour.
- Divide the portions and set aside what is going to be used for the baby at that moment, the rest of the soup should be kept by following the storing indications.
