Chicken Breast with Papillote Apple Recipe

 

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
250 grams of chicken breast
1 apple
½ lemon
1 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken open as if it were going to get cooked on the grill.
  2. Peel the apple, remove the heart and seeds and chop it into eights.
  3. Place the chicken on top of aluminum foil, spread it with olive oil and place the apples on the top.
  4. Wrap loosely so that steam is able to accumulate inside it.
  5. Once cooked, remove the aluminum foil right away and divide the meal up into portions and store adequately.
