Chicken Breast with Papillote Apple Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients 250 grams of chicken breast 1 apple ½ lemon 1 tablespoons of olive oil Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Cut the chicken open as if it were going to get cooked on the grill.
- Peel the apple, remove the heart and seeds and chop it into eights.
- Place the chicken on top of aluminum foil, spread it with olive oil and place the apples on the top.
- Wrap loosely so that steam is able to accumulate inside it.
- Once cooked, remove the aluminum foil right away and divide the meal up into portions and store adequately.
