Chicken Burgers Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 8 servings.
Ingredients 400 grams of chopped chicken 1 egg 2 slices of bread 100 cc’s of milk Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Soak the slices of bread in the milk.
- In a separate bowl prepare the dough with the chicken, egg, and crumbs of the slices of bread well drained and mix it well. If the mixture turns out to have too much liquid, add in a little bit of breadcrumbs.
- Prepare the burgers, each one should be around 75 grams approximately.
- Freeze the burgers separately wrapped in aluminum foil.
When cooking, cook the burgers in the oven, and grown on the top being careful they do not burn. Once cooked on one side, turn it over.
