Chicken in the Oven Recipe

Chicken in the Oven Recipe

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up.
Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients
150 grams of de-boned chicken leg
4 tablespoons of water
½ laurel leaf
1 garlic tooth
A few parsley leaves
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Place the chicken in a baking pan with the four tablespoons of water, the laurel, peeled and chopped garlic tooth, the parsley leaves and the salt. Place the preparation in the oven.
  2. Cook the chicken in the oven (preheated at 180 degrees C.) for around 25 minutes.
  3. As the chicken goes cooking, flip it over every once in awhile.
  4. Once cooked separate the prepared chicken into two parts. Store what you do not intend to use adequately.
  5. Do not add oil into this recipe, as the chicken will naturally let off oil.
  6. Do not over cook the chicken because it will cause the chicken to be dry. This is the reason why it is advisable to use legs since they will be softer than chicken breast.
