Chicken or Meat Soup Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Serves around 4 portions.
Ingredients 1 carrot ½ small pumpkin 1 small onion 1 potato 200 grams 1 small turnip 160 grams of chicken breast of lean meat without fat 1 liter of cold water To aromatize the soup add: 1 small celery leaf ½ parsnip
Preparation
- Wash all the ingredients and dice them. Then allow them to boil in the pot for around 50 minutes from the moment the water begins to boil.
- Once the cooking time is up, take it off the heat and strain the soup.
- If you want to prepare a puree, take out the celery leaf and the parsnip because otherwise it will have too strong of a flavor. In this case, before serving add a teaspoon of olive oil.
- Divide the portions and set aside what is going to be used for the baby at that moment, the rest of the soup should be kept by following the storing indications.
