Chicken with Fine Herbs Recipe

Chicken with Fine Herbs Recipe

Adequate for babies six months of age on up.
Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
200 grams of chicken breast
1 celery leaf
1 laurel leaf
1 garlic tooth unpeeled
A few parsley leaves

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients to cook with a little bit of water.
  2. When the water starts to boil add in the chicken.
  3. It is important that the water covers the chicken completely.
  4. Cook the chicken slowly and covered for 25 minutes. If while it is cooking, you see it needs more water, add in more hot water.
  5. Once cooked, separate the portion of chicken that is going to be used then shred it and use it right away. Keep the rest of the chicken in the broth and store it. Every time you use another portion you can use the broth to make the chicken juicier.
