Chicken with Orange Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients 300 grams of boneless and skinless chicken 100 grams of natural orange juice 200 cc’s of chicken broth 4 tablespoons of olive oil Flour Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Chop the chicken and condiment it with salt, flour it and then shake off the excess amount of flour.
- Place the chicken in a pan and brown the chicken pieces. Once they have browned, take them off the stove and place them on a paper towel.
- Use a baking pan and place the chicken in it with the orange juice and the chicken broth.
- Cook in the previously heated oven at 180 degrees C. uncovered for around 25 minutes. As it goes cooking make sure to flip the chicken pieces.
- Divide the meal into serving portions and store what is not going to be used adequately.
This recipe can be accompanied by boiled rice or 80 grams of mashed potatoes.
