Chocolate Mousse with Cinnamon
Ingredients 200 grams of bitter chocolate 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder 3 eggs 250 grams of milk cream 75 grams of sugar
Preparation Heat the cream until it boils. Dissolve the chocolate in it and then add in the cinnamon. Keep it on the side.
Separate the eggs yolks from the egg whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they are white and thick. Add in the chocolate cream slowly while constantly mixing it, then put it in the refrigerator so it cools well.
In the meanwhile beat the egg whites until they are fluffy and firm. Then take the mixture out of the refrigerator and beat it until the amount increases. Add in the egg whites.
Pour the mousse in cups and place them in the refrigerator again. When serving decorate it with nuts or almonds and sprinkle with white sugar.
