Chocolate Truffles Recipe
Ingredients ½ cup of condensed milk 100 grams of fondant milk 10 wine biscuits 2 tablespoons of brandy 1 tablespoon of soluble coffee Cocoa powder
Preparation Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler with 2 or 3 tablespoons of water.
Add in the broken up biscuits, the condensed milk, the brandy and the soluble coffee dissolved in some water and mix well.
Leave the paste in the refrigerator until it hardens. Then make small balls with the paste; cover them in cacao, and place them in little paper cuplets.
Leave them in the refrigerator until they are to be served.
