Cod fillets with Special Sauce Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients 150 grams of cod fillets 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce 1 tablespoon of olive oil 15 grams of grated cheese 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs
Preparation
- Wash the fish well making sure there aren’t any bones left in it. Place the fillets in an oiled baking pan.
- Cook the fish so they brown on the top for 5 minutes in the oven.
- On the side mix the tomato sauce, the cheese and the grated cheese together.
- Once the fish is done, spread the prepared mixture on top and place the fish back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Separate the fish dish into two servings and store the one not being used in correctly.
