Cod fillets with Special Sauce Recipe

 

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients
150 grams of cod fillets
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon of olive oil
15 grams of grated cheese
1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Wash the fish well making sure there aren’t any bones left in it. Place the fillets in an oiled baking pan.
  2. Cook the fish so they brown on the top for 5 minutes in the oven.
  3. On the side mix the tomato sauce, the cheese and the grated cheese together.
  4. Once the fish is done, spread the prepared mixture on top and place the fish back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  5. Separate the fish dish into two servings and store the one not being used in correctly.
