Coffee and Coconut Soufflé Recipe
Ingredients 3 eggs, separated egg whites and yolks 4 tablespoons of ground coffee 75 grams of sugar 50 grams of dry coconut flakes 15 grams of powder jello 2 tablespoons of cold water 1 cup of thick cream
Preparation Use a recipient and beat the egg yolks, coffee and sugar until it thickens.
Then add in the coconut flakes to the mixture.
Dissolve the jello in the water. Once it has dissolved, pour it over the coffee mixture.
Add in the egg white (previously beat and fluffed) to the jello mixture when it has almost settled.
Place the preparation in a recipient and allow it to cool in the refrigerator.
