Feeding a Nine Month Baby & Recipes
If your baby has previously accepted food without problems, you can continue incorporating new products, such as fish, beans and pasta. If not, continue with the foods recommended for babies that are seven and eight months of age. Talk to your pediatrician if your baby has an allergic reaction. At this age, babies enjoy eating alone. Allow the baby to have fun trying new foods with his hands or fingers. Also allow the baby to grab onto the spoon and teach him how to use it, without caring if he or she messes everything up. Observe what hand the baby prefers to use, but do not force the baby to change.
