Fish Soup Recipe

 

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
250 grams of fish (the head of a fish)
150 grams of rockfish or hake head
1 small onion
1 carrot
1 small ripe tomato
1 laurel leaf

Preparation

  1. Chop the fish, wash the vegetables and chop them.
  2. Place the ingredients in a pot with 1,250 cc’s of cold water.
  3. Allow the preparation to cook slowly for around 40 minutes from the moment it starts to boil.
  4. Once the cooking time is up, strain the food in a fine strainer so that no fish bones go through.
  5. Separate the serving portions and store them correctly.

This fish dish can be served with rice, fine noodles, semolina etc.
