Fish Soup Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients 250 grams of fish (the head of a fish) 150 grams of rockfish or hake head 1 small onion 1 carrot 1 small ripe tomato 1 laurel leaf
Preparation
- Chop the fish, wash the vegetables and chop them.
- Place the ingredients in a pot with 1,250 cc’s of cold water.
- Allow the preparation to cook slowly for around 40 minutes from the moment it starts to boil.
- Once the cooking time is up, strain the food in a fine strainer so that no fish bones go through.
- Separate the serving portions and store them correctly.
This fish dish can be served with rice, fine noodles, semolina etc.
