125 cc’s of milk is the same as: 1 yogurt or 50 grams of soft cheese etc.
- Soups, blended foods or liquid purees: 200 cc’s.
- Semolina, noodles or tapioca: 30 grams.
- Cereals or rice: 30 grams.
- Skinless chicken: 50 to 60 grams.
- Lean meat: 50 to 60 grams.
- Pig sirloin: 40 to 60 grams.
- Lamb: 40 to 60 grams
- Rabbit loin: 40 to 60 grams.
- Potatoes: 70 to 100 grams.
- Carrots: 80 grams.
- Vegetables: cabbage, beets, pumpkin, cauliflower 70 grams, accompanied with potatoes, onion: 20 grams
- White and blue fish: 80 grams
- Washed skinless fruit: 70 grams
