French Omelet Recipe

 

Adequate for babies six months of age on up. ½ omelet for babies less than twelve months of age, and one whole omelet for children twelve month on up.

Ingredients
1 egg
1 teaspoon of olive oil
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Crack and beat the egg.
  2. Use a small thick bottomed pan and put two drops of oil in it, spread the oil around the pan well. When it is hot, add in the egg mixture.
  3. Stir with a wooden spatula so that it goes cooking.
  4. When it is almost completely cooked, use the spatula to fold the omelet in half until it is well formed and cooked.
  5. Then turn the stove off and cover it for a couple minutes until it has cooked completely.
