French Omelet Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. ½ omelet for babies less than twelve months of age, and one whole omelet for children twelve month on up.
Ingredients 1 egg 1 teaspoon of olive oil Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Crack and beat the egg.
- Use a small thick bottomed pan and put two drops of oil in it, spread the oil around the pan well. When it is hot, add in the egg mixture.
- Stir with a wooden spatula so that it goes cooking.
- When it is almost completely cooked, use the spatula to fold the omelet in half until it is well formed and cooked.
- Then turn the stove off and cover it for a couple minutes until it has cooked completely.
