Fried Chicken Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 2 servings.
Ingredients 150 grams of chicken breast 1 tablespoons of lime juice Flour 4 tablespoons of olive oil Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Chop the chicken into small pieces and spice it with the salt. Then flour it shaking it to make sure the excess flour comes off.
- Place the oil in a deep pan. When it is hot, add in the chicken and allow it to brown rapidly.
- Once it has browned, remove the oil that is leftover and add in the lime juice along with 4 tablespoons of water.
- Cover the pan and allow the chicken to cook for another 15 minutes slowly.
- Stir it every once in awhile because it has a tendency to stick.
- Divide the preparation into two parts and store what you are not going to use adequately.
