Fried Chicken Recipe

Fried Chicken Recipe

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up.
Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients
150 grams of chicken breast
1 tablespoons of lime juice
Flour
4 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Chop the chicken into small pieces and spice it with the salt. Then flour it shaking it to make sure the excess flour comes off.
  2. Place the oil in a deep pan. When it is hot, add in the chicken and allow it to brown rapidly.
  3. Once it has browned, remove the oil that is leftover and add in the lime juice along with 4 tablespoons of water.
  4. Cover the pan and allow the chicken to cook for another 15 minutes slowly.
  5. Stir it every once in awhile because it has a tendency to stick.
  6. Divide the preparation into two parts and store what you are not going to use adequately.
