Fruit Salad with Avocado Sauce Recipe
Ingredients Fresh fruit of the season (any mixture of fruit you want) For the sauce: 1 ripe avocado ½ tablespoon of salt 2 tablespoons of lime juice ½ cup of fresh orange juice 2 tablespoons of honey ½ cup of mayonnaise
Preparation Chop all the fruit and place them in individual serving dishes on top of lettuce leaves and then store them in the refrigerator.
Peel the avocado and place it in a recipient and blend it along with the lime juice and orange juice with the electric beater. Beat it until you obtain a soft mixture. Place it in the refrigerator and allow it to cool.
Right before serving, pour the sauce over the fruit.
