Garlic and Cheese Dish Recipe
Ingredients 6 garlic teeth Olive oil 12 cherry tomatoes cut in half 10 bread crusts 100 grams of provoleta 25 grams of Dijon mustard
Preparation Slice the garlic teeth and fry them in the olive oil until they are somewhat crunchy.
Mix them with the cherry tomato halves. Add in the bread crusts cut in cubes.
The provoleta is browned on a pan. The first preparation is presented along with the provoleta with the mustard spread on it.
