Hamburgers Recipe for Children
Ingredients 150 grams of meat ½ carrot grated ½ tablespoon of chopped up onion 2 tablespoons of washed and cooked quinoa 1 egg 1 pinch of grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Use soft meat, without fat or nerves. Chop it into small pieces or grate it in the processor. Put the meat along with the rest of the ingredients in a recipient and mix it well with your hands. Cook them over the grill on both sides or in a pot with a dash of oil.
At the moment of serving decorate it with a smiley face by forming eyes with a couple of peas and the mouth with a piece of tomato. You child will love this.
Variation: You can cover the hamburger with a slice of cheese and place it over the heat so that it melts.
