Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe

Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up.

Ingredients
½ egg for children that are nine months old, and 1 whole egg for children 1 year of age.

Preparation

  1. Place the egg in a small deep pot with cold water. Make sure the water covers the egg completely.
  2. Cooking time is calculated from the moment the water starts boiling.
  3. You should calculate around 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size of the egg.
  4. To stop the egg from cooking, it is important to take it out of the water once the cooking time is over and place it under running cold water.
  5. Once it is completely cool you can peel it.

If the egg breaks, place a teaspoon of salt into the pot.

If the egg is very fresh, it will be difficult to peel.

It is important to control the cooking time, because if it is overcooked it will let off a bad smell.
