Hard Boiled Eggs Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up.
Ingredients ½ egg for children that are nine months old, and 1 whole egg for children 1 year of age.
Preparation
- Place the egg in a small deep pot with cold water. Make sure the water covers the egg completely.
- Cooking time is calculated from the moment the water starts boiling.
- You should calculate around 8 to 10 minutes depending on the size of the egg.
- To stop the egg from cooking, it is important to take it out of the water once the cooking time is over and place it under running cold water.
- Once it is completely cool you can peel it.
If the egg breaks, place a teaspoon of salt into the pot.
If the egg is very fresh, it will be difficult to peel.
