Hot Cream Milk Shake Recipe
Ingredients 3 eggs Sugar to the taste Cinnamon or vanilla ½ liter of milk ¼ liter of cream A small cup of brandy or rum
Preparation Except for the milk, put everything into a food processor or blender until it has grown. Then add in the milk boiling and mix well.
If you do not have a food processor, first beat the egg whites until they are fluffy, then add in the egg yolks, the sugar and then mix well with a whisk until it thickens. Then add in the brandy and boiling milk and serve.
