Mashed Potato Pizza Recipe

 

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
100 grams of potatoes
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
25 grams of tuna, water removed
40 grams of grated mozzarella
A pinch of oregano
2 de pitted green olives
1 teaspoon of olive oil

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
  2. Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher.
  3. Use a piece of plastic; knead the mashed potatoes so that you end up with a compact consistency.
  4. Oil an individual cannelloni plate that can be placed inside the oven and add in the mashed potatoes shaping them into a “pizza”.
  5. On top of the pizza add in the following ingredients: first place the tomato sauce over the mashed potatoes spreading well, then the broken up tuna, the olives chopped horizontally, the cheese, the oregano and the oil.
  6. This preparation can be kept in the freezer covered for up to four days.
  7. Place the pizza to cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for around 10 minutes.
  8. You can also substitute the tuna for 30 grams of cooked ham.
