Mashed Potato Shell with Chicken Recipe

 

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up.
Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
80 grams of potatoes
2 tablespoons of milk
1 serving of 75 grams of croquette paste
10 grams of grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
  2. Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher adding in the milk and some liquid from the left over water that the potatoes so that you end up with a light consistency mashed potato meal.
  3. In a shell or individual plate that can be placed in the oven, place the croquette paste and surround it with mashed potatoes roses that can be made with the help of a baker’s glove.
  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the top.
  5. Place the preparation to brown in the oven; making sure it is further away from the browning part of the oven so that it browns evenly and nicely.
