Mashed Potatoes Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. 1 serving.
Ingredients 80 to 100 grams of potatoes Two tablespoons of milk Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher adding in the milk and some liquid from the left over water that the potatoes so that you end up with a light mashed potato meal.
- As the child gets used to the taste, you can go making it a bit thicker.
- When mashing the potatoes with an electronic apparatus, the consistency varies and it is not possible to make little cakes out of it or use a baker’s glove.
