Mashed Potatoes with Curd Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 100 grams of potatoes 2 tablespoons of milk 40 grams of curd 10 grams of grated low fat cheese
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher adding in the milk and some liquid from the left over water that the potatoes so that you end up with a light consistency mashed potato meal.
- Once the mashed potatoes are ready add in the chopped curd stirring well so that it dissolves better.
- Put the mashed potatoes in a small plate and sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
- Place the mashed potatoes in the oven and brown the top.
