Mashed Potatoes with Eggs Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 100 grams of potatoes 2 teaspoons of milk 1 egg yolk Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher adding in the milk and some liquid from the left over water that the potatoes so that you end up with a light consistency mashed potato meal.
- Add in the egg yolk; mix well and place back over the heat until the egg is completely cooked.
- If the child is over nine months of age, you can add in 10 grams of grated cheese and serve it browned on the top or with a whole egg.
