Mashed Potatoes with Eggs Recipe

 

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
100 grams of potatoes
2 teaspoons of milk
1 egg yolk
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and put them to cook with abundant cold water.
  2. Once the potatoes are cooked, strain them and mash them with a potato masher adding in the milk and some liquid from the left over water that the potatoes so that you end up with a light consistency mashed potato meal.
  3. Add in the egg yolk; mix well and place back over the heat until the egg is completely cooked.
  4. If the child is over nine months of age, you can add in 10 grams of grated cheese and serve it browned on the top or with a whole egg.
