Meat in the Oven Recipe
Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients 300 grams of veal, steak, lamb, chicken or rabbit 1 small onion 1 tomato 2 garlic teeth 250 cc’s of broth Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Peel and chop the onion very finely, and cut the tomato removing the seeds and skin.
- Use a small oven pan and place the garlic teeth whole without peeling them.
- Cook the meat in the oven preheated at 190 degrees C. for around 35 minutes uncovered. After around 17 minutes flip the meat over.
- If it browns too much cover the meat with aluminum foil.
- Once the meat is cooked, remove the garlic teeth from the preparation.
- Cut the meat into four serving portions with the correspondent amount of sauce and store what is not going to be used adequately.
