Ingredients
1 piece of meat of 40 to 60 grams depending on the age of the child. The meat used can be lamb, pig loin or sirloin, chicken or turkey, rabbit or lamb.
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. When making meat on a grill the important thing is to have the right type of iron grill and that it is very hot.
  2. In this recipe you do not need to add any oil, and if you season it with salt, do this after you have flipped the meat on the side that has already been cooked.
  3. It is important to remember though that this type of cooking method hardens the meat and it might be difficult to children to chew.
