Mint and Cinnamon Infusion Recipe

Ingredients
50 grams of fresh mint
50 grams of cinnamon
1 liter of water

Preparation
Boil the water with the mint and the cinnamon for 10 minutes. Allow it to sit for another 10 minutes and then filter the liquid.

This infusion can be drunk either hot or cold. It has a stimulating effect, and can even work as an exciter. It is not convenient to drink more than one cup a day.
