Mixed Hamburgers Recipe

 

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. Makes 5 servings.

Ingredients
100 grams of minced meat or pork
100 grams of minced chicken breast
100 grams of minced veal
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
Salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and form 5 to 6 hamburgers.
  2. Freeze the hamburgers that are not going to be used.
  3. Place the hamburgers in a tray that can be placed in the oven along with a tablespoon of water and a few drops of oil.
  4. Cook in the oven (preheated at 180 degrees C.) for 10 minutes on each side.
  5. Once cooked, serve right away.
