Mushroom Soup Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Serves around 4 portions.
Ingredients 250 grams of mushrooms 150 grams of potatoes 4 parsley leaves ½ leaf of laurel 50 grams of chicken breast 1.250 cc’s of cold water
Preparation
- Wash all the ingredients and dice them.
- Place them to cook slowly for around 45 minutes from the moment it starts to boil. After cooking time, strain the soup, you should have around 850 cc’s of soup.
- Divide the portions and set aside what is going to be used for the baby at that moment, the rest of the soup should be kept by following the storing indications.
