Onion Consommé Recipe
Ingredients 4 onions 2 to 3 pieces of chicken 12 slices of toasted bread 1 leek Grated cheese 1 garlic tooth Water Oil Salt Parsley
Preparation Cook the parsley, the leek and the chicken pieces in water with salt for 20 minutes. Take the oil out and strain.
In the meanwhile, cut the onion into thin slices, season and allow it to season for 10 to 15 minutes, until it has a pretty golden color.
Pour the broth on top and allow it to cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Move the consommé to a mud serving pot. Spread the garlic over the toasted bread and place them over the soup. Sprinkle the bread with grated cheese, put in the oven and allow it to brown.
