Papillote Chicken Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.
Ingredients 50 to 75 grams of chicken depending on the child’s age (preferably chicken breast due to its low fat content) 1 teaspoon of oil ½ laurel leaf 1 teaspoon of lime juice
Preparation
- Cut the chicken open so that the cooking process is quicker.
- Place the chicken and the rest of the ingredients over a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Wrap it up loosely so that steam can form on the inside.
- Place it to cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for around 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, take the chicken off of the aluminum foil, shred it and it is ready to be eaten.
