Papillote Chicken Recipe

 

Adequate for babies six months of age on up.
Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
50 to 75 grams of chicken depending on the child’s age (preferably chicken breast due to its low fat content)
1 teaspoon of oil
½ laurel leaf
1 teaspoon of lime juice

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken open so that the cooking process is quicker.
  2. Place the chicken and the rest of the ingredients over a sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. Wrap it up loosely so that steam can form on the inside.
  4. Place it to cook in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C. for around 20 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, take the chicken off of the aluminum foil, shred it and it is ready to be eaten.
