Papillote White Fish Recipe

Papillote White Fish Recipe

Adequate for babies six months of age on up. Makes 1 serving.

Ingredients
75 grams of white fish (your choice)
A few drops of lemon
½ laurel leaf
Aluminum foil

Preparation

  1. Wash the fish well and make sure it does not have any bones in it.
  2. Place the fish on top of a piece of aluminum foil. Squeeze some lemon drops on top of the fish and add in the laurel leaf.
  3. Wrap the fish in the aluminum foil loosely so that vapor is able to accumulate in it while it cooks.
  4. Place it to cook in the oven (preheated at 180 degrees C.) from 8 to 10 minutes, depending on how thick the fish filet is.

When a child is over nine months of age you can use other types of fish such as tuna, swordfish, sardines, salmon etc.

Although the aluminum foil will not do anything to the fish while it is cooking, it is important to remove it from the fish once the fish has finished cooking.
