Pasta Salad Recipe

Pasta Salad Recipe

Adequate for babies twelve months of age on up. 2 servings.

Ingredients
50 grams of pasta noodles (small sized)
1 hard boiled egg
50 grams of tuna
4 green de pitted olives
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce or grated tomato.

Preparation

  1. Boil the pasta in an abundant amount of water by following the indications of the noodle packaging. Once it has been cooked, strain them.
  2. Boil the egg.
  3. Break up the tuna and cut the olives into very small pieces.
  4. Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs into fine slices.
  5. In a separate bowl mix the pasta, the tuna, the olives and the tomato sauce if it is cooked. If it is natural add it in at the moment of serving because otherwise it could go bitter.
  6. Divide the food into two different portions and on the top of each one make a flower with the slices of the hard boiled egg.
  7. Because of the hard-boiled egg it is not recommended to freeze the salad, but rather keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days without the tomato sauce, if it is natural.
