Pasta with Béchamel Sauce Recipe

 

Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. 1 serving.

Ingredients
20 grams of pasta (small sized noodles)
1 tablespoons of béchamel sauce
1 piece of parsley
10 grams of grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta when the water boils with the parsley. Cook the pasta according to the indications on the package and once cooked, strain it and take the parsley out.
  2. Serve the pasta right away with the béchamel sauce on the top.
  3. If the child already eats cheese, you can add in 10 grams of grated cheese.
