Pasta with Fish Recipe
Adequate for babies eight months of age on up. 2 servings.
Ingredients 40 grams of pasta noodles (very small) 2 pieces of fish filets or 75 grams each 1 small onion 1 garlic tooth 1 small piece of parsley 1 teaspoon of olive oil Salt (optional)
Preparation
- Place 300 cc’s of water on the stove with the peeled and chopped onion, the garlic tooth (un peeled) and the piece of parsley. When it starts to boil, allow it to continue for another 15 minutes.
- Once this time is up add in the pasta and the salt. Allow it to cook for around 5 minutes (depending on the type of pasta) and add in the fish that should not cook for over 5 minutes.
- Strain the fish and the pasta very carefully and divide the food up into portions. Store them correctly.
- Break the fish up into small pieces and serve it with the pasta and the olive oil on the top.
