Pasta with Spinach Recipe
Adequate for babies nine months of age on up. 3 servings.
Ingredients 40 grams of pasta (small sized noodles) 100 grams of fresh spinach 2 tablespoons of milk 1 teaspoon of oil 30 grams of grated cheese (10 grams per serving)
Preparation
- Cook the spinach with a small amount of water for two minutes. Once they have finished cooking strain them and allow them to cool.
- Place the noodles in an abundant amount of boiling water. Once they have cooked, strain them.
- In the same pot where you have cooked the spinach and the noodles, add in the oil, the well-strained spinach and the milk. Stir and add in the noodles. Stir a little bit longer and then take it off the heat.
- Separate the portions of food.
- Before serving out, sprinkle the cheese and place the pasta with spinach in the oven so it browns a little on the top. This will allow the pasta not only to brown but will serve to heat it up as well.
- Do not include salt in this recipe because the spinach and cheese already add a lot of flavor to it.
