Peach and Banana Preserve Recipe
Adequate for babies six months of age on up. 1 serving is of 100 to 150 grams in total approximately.
Ingredients 1 peach 1 banana ½ cinnamon stick 50 cc’s of water Lemon (a few drops)
Preparation
- Peel the peach and de bone it.
- Peel the banana and chop the fruit into small pieces.
- Place the fruit in a pot with the rest of the ingredients and the lemon drops so they do not darken.
- Cook them over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how ripe they were to begin with.
