Tips about Fruit
You can prepare different types of milk shakes with different combinations of fruit.

It is better if the fruit being used for milk shakes are ripe.

If you want to add in some sweet use honey instead of sugar.

Milk shakes cannot be kept in the refrigerator for more than 24 hours as they will lose their flavor and become bitter.

The vitamins in fruit juices will deteriorate if they are stored too long.

Fruit milk shakes are very refreshing and children really like them.
