Peach Preserve Recipe

 

Adequate for babies six months of age on up. 1 serving is of 100 to 150 grams in total approximately.

Ingredients
2 peaches
½ cinnamon or vanilla stick
100 cc’s of water
Lemon (a few drops)

Preparation

  1. Peel the peaches, de bone them and chop them into small pieces.
  2. Put the chopped pieces in a pot with the rest of the ingredients and the lemon drops, so that they do not darken.
  3. Cook them covered over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes according to how ripe they were to begin with.
